Rates 
$120 per 50-minute session.

Insurance 
I am a fee-for-service provider and am out of network with most insurance companies.  You may be able to use your out-of-network insurance benefits for therapy; and if so, I will be happy to provide you with a receipt.  Please check with your insurance company to determine your out-of-network benefits.

Payment 
All  major credit cards are accepted.  Payment is due at the time of session.

Cancellation Policy 
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
